A Continuous Act of Prayer
Pervading every other response of the Daughters to God’s love will be their consciousness of communication with him. This will be the Daughters prayer, in which they will not only express the love they have but will find new love and insight and strength. Prayer is the primary activity of our Congregation and every activity, if it is to be realized as a mission of Love. The Eucharistic Sacrifice is the heart of our life; our Sisters attend daily Mass with their local community. The community also celebrates together the Liturgy of the Hours. Each day begins with Office of Readings, Morning Prayer, and a period of Meditation. In the evening we gather for a common Holy Hour which includes Evening Prayer and the recitation of the Rosary; the day is concluded with Night Prayer.

Prayer for our Region
Almighty and ever living God, we thank and praise you for sending us here as missionaries. Watch over our Region, and guide each of us. Endow us with missionary spirit and zeal. Bless our apostolates and make us effective instrument of you Divine Love. Give or Regional superior, Council and local Superiors all the necessary graces and wisdom they need to carry out in the spirit of Divine Love their leadership roles. May your holy spirit ever abide with us and work with us. Dispel from our Region and communities every spirit of discord; may each of us always strive to make our communities homes where unity, love and peace reign supreme. We make this prayer through Jesus Christ, our loving Lord and Spouse. Amen.
